As an optional resource to program participants, we are using Recovery Record as an alternative to pen and paper based food logs. Recovery Record is a free app that has been developed for iPhone and Android operating systems. This unique, highly customizable app, incorporates decades of evidenced-based CBT and self-monitoring research. You’re able to customize meal plans, track meals, thoughts and feelings; set reminders and daily goals; check progress; access coping tactics, and connect with others. While in our treatment programs, you will have the ability to link your account to our treatment team and transmit information from your app to our computer based systems. This information will be incorporated as part of your treatment to help you stay motivated, remain connected and achieve your recovery goals.
